As water is applied, it is vacuum-extracted at 5-gallons per minute, leaving the surface almost completely dry. Matt says, “We can restore your original color with 3,000 psi for outside cleaning while most companies only have the ability of 800 to 1,000 psi.”

Southern Tile & Stone has created economically affordable packages for their commercial customers that include their new and expanded services. “We can clean and maintain epoxy-based floors and a variety of other commercial-based floors,” Travis says, “and we continue to offer new concrete services, like sealing and color staining, along with our existing cleaning services. “ They also keep restaurant owners in good graces with the health department by offering a full clean and repair service to keep their kitchens and dining areas looking new and up to code.
