Dr. Gary M. Gross and the staff at Huntsville Cosmetic Professionals (HCP) offer the latest advances and technology to help you look as young as you feel. One of HCP’s many offerings is the new LipoLite laser lipolysis. Lipolite is safer, faster, and more comfortable than previous liposuction techniques. Laser melting of fat is combined with laser skin tightening. This laser bodysculpting is done awake with local anesthesia to ensure a safer procedure. LipoLite’s energy is delivered via an optical fiber that’s inserted through a tiny incision to the treatment site. “LipoLite can beautifully reshape how you feel about your body with fat reduction or recontouring in the face, neck, arm, back, belly, thigh, and buttocks,” Dr. Gross states.

When less dramatic changes are needed, Velashape can smooth out cellulite and lead to fat reduction. “The goal is to tighten, lift, and eliminate sagging tissue with a long-lasting permanent result,” Dr. Gross says. “Velashape can be used on the abdomen, buttocks, thigh, arm, or neck and in less than 30 minutes.”

For vascular procedures, such as for varicose or spider veins, patients receive top-notch treatment from Dr. Gross. He’s a board certified surgeon with more than 25 years of experience in vascular, general, and cosmetic surgery. Trained at the University of Chicago, UAB, and University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Gross is a member of the American College of Surgeons, the Society of Vascular Surgery, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. Although he’s on the active medical staff of Huntsville Hospital and Crestwood Medical Center, most patients can be treated in the office without general anesthesia. “We have vast experience with laser/sclerotherapy for varicose veins,” he comments. “I can perform non-surgical procedures to repair spider and varicose veins using foam Sclerotherapy injections and catheter lasers, eliminating the old procedure known as ‘vein stripping’.”

To smooth out lines on your face, HCP features Refirme Wrinkle Reduction, Refirme Skin Tightening, and Matrix RF fractional skin resurfacing, as well as SR and SRA color correction lasers. These are separate technologies that can be combined to correct textural irregularities, red and brown spots, and wrinkles.
