The
Concierge Service of Professional Pet Sitting
Over the
past year, Petz Sitter has seen tremendous growth and continues to establish
itself as “The Concierge Service of Professional Pet Sitting” in the Madison and Huntsville areas.
Owner
Donna Patterson is the only pet sitter certified through the National
Association of Professional Pet Sitters (NAPPS) in the area, and in the state
of Alabama. Petz Sitter is also a member of NAPPS,
Pet Sitters International, Professional United Pet Sitters, and was recently
accepted as a member of the International Association of Canine Professionals.
In continuing the business’ education in pet behavior and health, Donna and her
pet sitting team have completed their Red Cross Pet First Aid certification.
Petz
Sitter offers service for daily and bedtime pet visits that include providing
fresh food/water, emptying litter boxes, brushing, playing and exercising,
administering medications, and giving pets the love and attention required for
comfort.
Other
services include taking out trash or recycling bins, watering plants, bringing
in the mail/newspaper, and adjusting lights and window blinds/treatments. Petz
Sitter also offers pet photography for existing clients and the delivery of dog
products from its boutique web site. In addition, Petz Sitter is a supplier of Honest
Kitchen Pet Food.
Recently,
Petz Sitter won several awards of excellence within the pet industry for its
informative and fun web site. An entertaining section on the web site is the
family albums where clients’ pets are photographed and placed for viewing.
Petz
Sitter is bonded and insured for the security of its clients. During the
initial consultation, insurance information is given to each new client, along
with references, a pet sitting contract, and other pertinent information.
“With
strict policies and guidelines, Petz Sitter places the pet’s needs, health, and
safety as the top priority,” Donna explains. “We do this because we consider
our pets, our family. It’s our goal to be ‘The Concierge Service of Professional
Pet Sitting’.”
