Owner Brant T. Neely, a general contractor for more than 22 years, has built custom homes since 1985. The home located at The Peninsula at Goose Pond on Guntersville Lake, is a 5,000-plus square-foot, basement house featuring four bedrooms, three full baths, and two half baths. It also has a game room, theatre room, library, three fireplaces, and a climate-controlled storage room. Outside, there’s a patio with two covered porches and a dock with a two-slip boathouse.

The house in The Village of Providence is one of more than 30 homes built in Providence by the company. It has 3,000 square feet and a traditional brick exterior. Inside, it’s masterfully designed with a two-story family room and loft, a theatre room, and a library.

In McMullen Cove, the company’s showcase house is a 5,000 square-foot, four-bedroom, European-style masterpiece with brick and stone exterior and a breathtaking view of the mountains and the lake.

This year, B.T. Neely will show his high quality of standards as the Construction Manager for the 2008 Showcase Home for the Fall Parade of Homes sponsored by the Huntsville-Madison County Builders Association. The design is to be an approximately 3,200 square-foot, Italianate home in The Village of Providence.
