Through the Eyes of a Child: "Little Brother, It’s About Fleet Accounts!"
"Little brother, Brock, it’s about time you learn about
Eagle Collision Center (ECC)," says big brother John Kelley Taylor. "You
know, one day, we’re going to work there and it’s important you know what
ECC is all about."
ECC has extensive experience repairing vehicles in both
large and small fleets. It not only handles companies with multiple
automobiles, such as car dealerships and rental car companies, but also
trucks with special bodies in the plumbing and electrical industries – even
this race car it painted for Rocket Harley Davidson. Some of ECC’s fleet
customers include local businesses, municipalities, and automobile
dealerships. "We realize every day your vehicle is down, it costs you
inconvenience and your company money," Co-owner Richard King says. "We
provide timely and professional repairs to all fleet vehicles."
"Most companies need someone they can trust, work with
the insurance companies, and get their vehicles back fast and we go above
and beyond to make that happen," John Kelley explains. "Brock, Mommy and
Papa [Richard King] are big on customer service so you better be nice and
treat everyone real good!"
When you break your favorite "toy" – either a personal or
work vehicle – the choice of repair facilities belongs to the vehicle owner.
Eagle Collision Center, a certified Woman Owned Business, is a collision
facility that stands behind its work with a unique, high-tech, well-equipped
facility and trained personnel who repair vehicles to the manufacturer’s and
I-CAR specifications for maximum safety. Plus, the company communicates with
its customers, so there are never any surprises. ECC lives by the motto:
"Repair each and every vehicle as if the lives of your children and
grandchildren depend on it".
"Hey John Kelley, look at all these trucks, wagons, and
scooters we have. Does that mean we own a fleet?" Brock asks. "If so, I’m
taking them over to Eagle to get Mommy and Papa and to fix them up!"
